I know what it's like to wonder, "What's next for me?"
When my own children left home, I realized how much life changes after years of raising our kids and building our days around family.
We spend years preparing our children for what's next. But who's helping us prepare for what's next for ourselves?
That question inspired me to become an empty nester coach.
Because I believe this season is about more than adjusting to a quieter house. It's an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, explore new possibilities, and create a fulfilling next chapter.

With a master's degree in Human Resource Management and years of experience helping people navigate change, I've always loved helping others recognize their strengths and move forward with confidence.
Today, I combine that experience with my own empty nest journey to offer coaching that's both supportive and action-oriented.
